Driver Education 3:45

Calendar Feb 6, 2018 at 3:45 pm, runs for 15 weeks
This is a comprehensive course in driver education consisting of thirty hours total of interactive classroom experience. Eight hours are devoted to the mandatory Safe Driving Practice covering the drug and alcohol awareness component. During the semester, students will be administered periodic assessments. All applicants must be high school students. Stratford residents receive priority with their applications. All students must be sixteen years of age by the first session. A parent/guardian will be required by State Law to attend one two-hour session on February 22 which cannot be made up. This course does not include on the road instruction. The course fee of $150.00 is payable at the time of registration. Class size is limited; please register early. Enrollment is on a first-come basis. Materials needed: two subject notebook, pen, highlighter. Students must attend 15 classes. One make-up classes will be held on March 29.
