Sculpt your Role Acting: Develop 3-Dimensional Character

In this two and a half hour intensive you will learn techniques for creating a sustainable real character of your own. Utilizing the key questions every actor must ask and answer to create a fully realized three-dimensional character. Learn how to read a script and identify the purpose of your character within the story of the play, create a back-story, inner dialogue, goals and obstacles. Identify the: who, what, when, where and why of your character. These skills will add depth and reality to your acting technique. You will understand how to create a rich and fully sculpted character that is uniquely crafted to suit you. This course is a cooperative offering of the Coastal Arts Guild of CT and Stratford Continuing Education. Supplies: Pen or pencil, notebook or paper.

Vision Board Making Class

Do you need motivation? Do you want to feel inspired? Join this unique class in making your very own vision board! You will learn about Laws of Attraction and visualization techniques. What can be more inspiring than having a beautiful, personal, and “made by you” motivational tool than a vision board? The board, magazines, and decorative pieces will be provided. Please feel free to bring any photos, quotes, or magazines of your own. Materials fee of $20 is payable to the instructor on the night of class. The instructor is a Certified Holistic Health and Life Coach with a great passion for natural health.
